The Class Of 2005

CLASS OF 'O5: A longtime member of the Academy, fromer president and administrator Dick Robertson was inducted into the Gold Circle on October 15, 2005. Dick had a long career in public relations working at KTVU, KRON, KQED and his own company Mother Lode Communications. Dick and his wife LaNore are serving on a two year mission for the LDS Church in Florada, still doing public relations California Chapter's "Gold Circle". CLASS OF '02: The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), San Francisco/Northern California Chapter premiered its prestigious "Gold Circle" on Saturday, October 26th, at the Marine's Memorial Club, on Sutter Street in San Francisco, honoring individuals who have spent 50 or more years making significant contributions to the television industry. The charter members of this prestigious honor were: JACK LALANNE*, (physical fitness guru); ELAINE LALANNE; LUCILLE BLISS; (The lady of a thousand voices); DAVID MEBLIN*, (syndication pioneer).
