Emmy® award winning journalist Thomas Drayton is currently weeknight anchor/ reporter for KTXL FOX40 in Sacramento and the TV Academy’s Sacramento Vice President. The Scholarship is funded by Fox 40 and the Tribune Broadcasting Company.
